Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear all,

A reminder for the AGM meeting this Saturday. I know it’s not the most exciting e-mail you’ll ever receive but the following documents are attached: 2016 Agenda, 2015 Minutes, Election of Officers, a proposed update to the Constitution and the results of the club members survey (thanks to David Cook for collating). Our treasurer, Eddie Goodchild, will present the accounts at the meeting. At the bottom of this e-mail is also a list of roles, incumbents and interested parties. In the interests of making this an efficient process, please take a look through the attachments and submit questions in advance, where possible.

Finally, please note that there is no parking at the club on the night. This is due to a regular hiring who have exclusive use of car park. Please do not jeopardise this vital income stream!

See you Saturday
